How To Remove Rules In The Outlook Desktop Application

1. To remove a rule, first click on the rule you would like to remove.

2. Once you have clicked on the rule you wish to remove, click on the “Delete” button as shown below.

3. Finally, you will be asked if you wish to delete the specified rule, in which you will click “Yes.”
