FTP Access
You can use FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to download or upload files to your website.
You can download an FTP client from the below link.
https://filezilla-project.org/
Once downloaded the client should look like this.
You will need to enter the following information to connect to your website.
Host: Your Domain Name
Username: Your FTP Username
Password: Your FTP Password
Port: 21 for IIS/.Net/Windows based sites and 22 for Linux based sites
You can then choose Quickconnect to connect to your website.
