We make sure your operating system is up to date. We work with your third party application vendors to ensure all your applications are up to date. Not every update runs smoothly, so we always snapshot the environment before applying patches for a smooth roll-back if required.

Server protection is our priority. your server will be protected with our Anti-Virus and Malware software so you can rest assure that your server is protected from malicious files. We do real-time protection that won’t slow your server down. It is light weight and effective. Files are removed or quarantined and we are alerted to take necessary actions and precautions.

Your server health is constantly monitored and we are alerted of errors, anomalies, and warnings based on set thresholds. This allows us to stay in front of issues before they become a problem. We will take care of most issues for you behind the scenes and collaborate on other thresholds, such as available disk space.

As we utilize our tools, we have insight into the health and will perform regular manual maintenance in addition to automated task. In addition, you will get the support you need when you need it from our team of engineers to support your growing needs. Our Help Desk team and Engineers are available for your request and to manage overall server health.

You will receive monthly reporting of your utilizations so you can see when your server is working hardest. This will allow for us to plan out when more or less resources are required to handle your workload.

When troubleshooting or changes are needed, we follow through to the end to remediate your issues and request in a timely manner. We don’t stop until we get to full resolution. We don’t just tell you if there is a problem, we fix it.

Backups on your system are done daily and stored for 7 days. Manual snapshots are made when changes are applied and removed when we know the applied changes are a success. Whether you need a file recovered or a full restore, we take care of it for you!

With our managed cloud services, we take care of your customized networking needs while protecting you from threats like DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, server injections, and more! We configure your custom network and rules to support and protect your cloud services.

ISOCNET will configure the firewall for zero trust. We only allow applications, ports, and location that you set to communicate with your cloud environment. The next generation firewall protects all 7 layers of networking in one pass without slowing down your connections.

For remote access we setup and support P2P (Point to Point) VPN’s, and client side VPN’s to make it easy for your users to connect to cloud infrastructure securely when needed.

We take care of all internal routing and include additional rules to protect your server from unwanted access.

You can choose from a static IP or group of Static IP’s to support your network and take advantage of access and controls with a fully qualified domain name.

When you need to manage traffic across multiple servers, our load balancer is included in our management to evenly distribute traffic or be used as part of a disaster recovery plan to keep you up and running.

One of our email addresses got compromised. A client contacted us about a phishing email they received from an email close to our domain. The email tried to get our customer to change their ACH Payment to us. ISOCNET (Tommy and Stephen) stepped up and helped with different security measures on our email and stepped up to conf call with our compromised customer to assure them all was safe and secure. They literally helped save a customer. I highly recommend them and their services.

Managed servers is when ISOCNET provides the servers and our engineers manage, secure, maintain and support them. This is helpful when you do not have a system administer, or want to put your IT resources to other uses.

A managed server is great for a small business who does not have the in house resources to manage a server in the data center or wants to use their IT resources somewhere else. It is often more affordable to let ISOCNET manage the servers since we live in the data center and have the tools and expertise to manage them. We can often support, maintain, secure, and diagnose issues in our infrastructure quicker than an in house staff.
