What is SPAM Filtering? ISOC.NET has implemented a powerful filtering engine on its mail server that uses the proposed standard Sieve filtering Language. Sieve is a language that can be used to create filters for electronic mail. The language is powerful enough to be useful, but limited in power in order to allow for a safe server-side filtering system. Filters or Scripts created with the language can examine the body of the message searching for key phases or a group of phrases and then carry out specific instructions depending one what is found. What is E-Mail Virus Protection? Viruses can seem mysterious but computer viruses are actually quite easy to understand. There are several techniques that can be used to detect or eliminate viruses. Each technique has its strengths and weaknesses. ISOC.NET protects its email users by providing double protection, in two places with separate (daily updated) virus protection software. With our whitelist feature you can designate an email address or an entire domain such as xyz.com from being sent to quarantine. This will allow the messages to come directly to your inbox. CGI is required in order for information passed from the client to the server using HTTP to be processed by a program which is running on the server. Your connectivity account includes 25 Megs of personal web space to be used for personal use. You can create a personal website, store pictures, or other files open to the public.
